Apple‘s legal spat with Samsung continues unabated with the lawyers from Cupertino filing a motion for a preliminary injunction with the US District Court for the Northern District of California targeting four Samsung devices: Infuse 4G, Galaxy 4G, Droid Charge, and Galaxy Tab 10.1.
If successful, this injunction could force Samsung to take its flagship Android products off the shelves in the US – the threat of which could cause Samsung to quickly settle the case. However, if the injunction is not granted, and courts only grant preliminary injunctions with really strong convincing evidence, then Apple’s position will look weak. I’ve embedded the motion below – we’ll have to wait and see how this one turns out.
